Film vs Digital

After getting home I uploaded all of the pictures from the trip, including the ones taken by family that I was able to copy.

872 pictures

Add that to the pictures I already had for the month of June and that’s…

1229 pictures…in one month

It’s a good thing this is the digital age because if it weren’t for digital cameras that would be 52 rolls of film. So if 35mm film costs $11.99/pk-of-four 52 rolls would be 13 packages, then developing would be a minimum of $4.98 for single prints per roll plus tax.  That means that this month alone I have saved $456.31 by having a digital camera. By the time my camera has stopped working (or just by the time it becomes obsolete) it will be worth it’s weight in gold.
